Greetings, 

     I would like to introduce myself and my services that I will be providing you.  My name is Rickey E. Paul, a NYS Licensed Home Inspector #16000006370.  I am a Certified Professional Inspector with Internachi.org.  I also have the Qualification to the a Certified Master Inspector. I have been doing Home Inspections since 2001.  I keep up with Continuing Education and have done over 1000 Home Inspections.    

     What do I bring to the service with me?  I have worked on buildings in one aspect or another since I was 17 years old.  I have worked on building foundations, wall structure, roofing, heating/ air conditioners, electrical and plumbing.  I have installed roofing and built wooden trusses.  I studied the Roofing Structure and proper ventilation.   My experience and knowledge of Buildings brings the best service available.  I have attended Coring Community College and the NYS Fire Academy in Montour Falls, NY for 3 years on weekends.  Graduated in 2000 with a 2 year AOS Degree in Fire Science.  I am Certified in NYS Building Code and International Codes also a NYS Certified Firefighter.  I can be your best Home Inspector to service your needs.  If you are looking for a single family house or a multi-unit house, I can help you with knowing the buildings and their functions.  

    You have the option to choose your own Home Inspector.  In one Article, it talks about not allowing the Realtor to make this decission.  I will give you the best service and you will be my client as I work directly for you and your interest.  We look thoroughly at ever aspect of the property and we give a Room by Room written report.  We do our best to leave nothing out.  If I can safely enter into an Attic Space, Crawl Space and walk on the roof, I will inspect these areas.  I also test every outlet in the house. We also look at the area around the Exterior of the building and property for the proper process of the drainage.  The inspection process takes between 2-4 hours for the Inspection and I spend at least an hours going through all the pictures taken during the inspection.  I take on an average of 160-350 pictures per Inspection.  It is so when, I review the report and have time to look a second time, it helps me not miss the smallest situation.  

      I can inspect not just Single Homes but also Commercial Buildings.
